For a big international retailer we are looking for a Website and Campaign Manager. This organisation operates from ten European bases. The offices in the Netherlands and France together form the competence centre, where close collaboration takes place in developing brand and marketing strategies. These locations are also responsible for the management of the supply chain and global distribution to more than 80 countries.


Due to our ambitions in the field of interactive marketing we are currently looking for a Website and Campaign Manager for our Marketing Services department.


As website and Campaign Manager you are responsible for the brand websites of 4 international brands, in order to achieve the marketing & sales objectives. Reports to the Manager Interactive. You are located in the Competence Center, as part of the Marketing services team. We support countries (Europe, USA, Canada, China) with knowledge and tools to perform excellent interactive marketing. You will manage a web content editor (located in France), who is responsible for all operations (content management, country support, functional maintenance, small projects).

Roles and responsibilities

Site management: Management, building and optimization of 4 brand websites, with the goal to facilitate the online orientation and decision making process to support brand preference, sales and retention (service). Budget responsibility.


Interactive Communications: Briefing and execution of interactive activities to create traffic to the brand websites. Strong focus on search engine marketing. Full management and development, together with external agencies and the marketing communication specialist, including advice and support to countries.

Relationship Management: Challenge and build strong relationships with partners internally (brand group managers, marketing communication specialists, country marketing) as well as externally (suppliers, agencies). Support countries on specific requests and train and actively inform them on new developments related to interactive marketing.

Profile

  • Minimum of 4-7 years proven experience, including site and campaign management within the consumer market. You are the main contact for our web agency (functional issue management). Experience with SEA and SEO is an advantage.
  • Bachelor/ Master education in Marketing (with specialisation in Interactive)
  • You are a strong personality, with a passion for interactive. Creative, pro-active and flexible.
  • You are analytical, yet pragmatic; eager to show results on short term.
  • You are service minded towards countries, but are able to set priorities. You have a hands-on mentality: you are responsible for full implementation, together with the countries, to make your ideas a true success.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language (orally and in writing).
