• Bringing relevant traffic to the site
• Defining and executing the SEO business strategy
• Co-creating the Social Media product strategy
• Working with development to get ideas implemented
• Goal setting, tracking and reporting; managing budgets
• Coordinating with top-class counterparts within the eBay family

• Market experience: You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of SEO and are well familiar with – and connected within – the Dutch internet market. You have affinity with and passion for online trade.
• Business skills: You are goal-oriented and take dynamics of the business into account. You can act on both operational and strategic level. You take initiatives and find new opportunities.
• Communication skills: You have great Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills. You’re able to present to and influence non-SEO audiences including your direct team, product development, and management.
• Analytical skills: You are an analytical person, working well with systems and tools such as Excel and SQL databases, and not afraid to handle large quantities of data.
• Technical skills: You understand SEO’s technical building blocks – and new developments in this field.
• Project Management skills: Working with development, you structure and prioritize your work, making choices under pressure, troubleshoot, and get things done.
• Education: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
