Digital Commerce Image Asset Specialist

To continually assure the quality and success of the online store, shopping experience. Oversight management and planning of support systems, user tools and processes to create digital product assets for the online store.

- System Oversight: Meet seasonal and project-based deadlines through partnership with the Asset Manager, Merchandise Team, Brand partners and vendors.

- Serve as the primary interface to for all product imaging process for digital commerce and various purposes and media.

- Drive the development of internal processes to ensure timely delivery of product images. Provide work back schedules internally and to clients. Troubleshoot as issues arise and facilitate timely decisions to ensure projects stay on track

-Process Improvement: Manage and support integration of additional business units and partners into dynamic imaging framework in order to leverage assets and solutions across various businesses. Analyze the seasonal sampling and imagery creation process, recommend solutions, and implement those solutions to improve imagery creation and reduce costs.

- Quality Assurance: Continually review key site elements related to Production of e-commerce site and provide recommendations for quality improvements

- Leverage Assets: Build relationships within the groups that support the product imaging process and provide product imagery and use imaging skills to color-up images.

- Communicate: Attend departmental and cross-departmental meetings to maintain awareness of business direction and direction of relevant business environment.

Education: Bachalor Degree.

Experience: 1-2 years experience working with image production and archiving.

Technical: Strong understanding of digital image technology, systems integration and automation. Experience with client/server, FTP and other transfer protocols. Photographic production, coloring, image correction and post production preferable. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PhotoShop. Should be comfortable and have experience designing using a Mac and PC.

Communication/Language: Ability to present and convey technical information to audiences with varied degrees of comprehension. Fluent in English. Both written and spoken.

Management/Leadership: Solid change management skills.

Other: Must be comfortable working for several hours in front of a computer.
